This service might be for those who live in far-flung locations, or who are inclined to take on design implementation themselves, either by preference or over a period of time.

No worries – with your help in measuring your spaces and sharing photos, we can together achieve your ideal, personalized home design.

Our process is designed to be clear and imbue your experience with confidence, comfort, and joy.

initial consultation

All design projects begin with an on-site consultation to review the physical space and discuss the vision and scope together. We will determine your ideological requirements as well, and review investment parameters.

contract meeting

Our contract includes details of scope and deliverables at each stage of the project so that everything is very clear.

conceptual design phase

During this phase, we focus in on the design direction, confirming scope, layout, and aesthetic intent. We will present floor plans, inspiration boards, initial material selections, and your furnishing investment estimate.

detailed design phase

Moving forward from concept to final design involves sourcing all of the furnishings and preparing detailed proposals based on vendor quotes. Now you will get to see what your home will actually look like, with specific layouts, furnishings, and materials. We track down the perfect pieces of furniture, whether new, vintage, or antique.

purchasing & execution

We oversee all orders and deliveries, and make sure every piece is in perfect condition. If your project involves renovations, we will ensure that contractor work is done to the standard expected and aligns with designated design intention and value parameters.

final result

Everything has arrived and has been meticulously placed in your freshly designed space!

After installation, we address any remaining questions or concerns and provide a manual to guide maintenance of your gorgeous new home.

before we begin

The first step is the inquiry call, during which we will ensure that our services are a good fit with your design needs. We will follow up the call by sending over our contract, and once that is signed and the flat fee is paid, we can begin the process.

design questionnaire

We want to learn everything about you! This will help us further understand your lifestyle, your style preferences, and any special needs or requirements you may have. All information shared is strictly confidential.

kick-off call

After reviewing your answers to the questionnaire, this call will serve to determine the scope and design direction for your project.

design in progress

Waiting to see the design may require a bit of patience, but you will be rewarded with a personalized design statement, floor plans, design boards, furnishing selections, and your furnishing investment estimate. Once you digest it, we will follow up with a call to review the proposed design. If necessary, we offer one round of revisions and a second follow-up call.

launch

Your approval sets in motion the actualization of your vision. You will receive the final list of products with ordering specifications and links, as well as installation notes and tips. We will be excited to see how it turns out, so we do ask that you share “after” pictures with us!
