A newly empty-nested couple was ready to upgrade their living spaces and incorporate accumulated treasures once stashed away. These spaces are inspired by the family’s travels and their love of color, pattern, and art.
A Vladimir Kagan coffee table sits on a vintage Moroccan rug, and collected works of art fill the walls.
Predominantly vintage furnishings were sourced for iconic forms and sustainability. The decorative pillows are stuffed with kapok fibers.
Ordinarily, ecc interiors does not work with animal leather products. However, when a client wants a specific piece of leather-upholstered furniture, we will track down a vintage one to fulfill that desire. This rosewood Eames lounge chair is from 1961.
The drapes are made from vintage barkcloth with a tropical foliage pattern, to remind the couple of their joyous honeymoon.
The dining room boasts a midcentury shelving unit, a Venetian chandelier, and Parisian bistro chairs for a vibrant, eclectic look.
